My MainBoard (Motherboard) Supports ATI CrossFire so i can use two video cards at once.|||I wouldn't upgrade personally.
I use a gtx 260 and I've found it will max pretty much every game out there at 1680x1050. So unless you have a monitor that's 1920x1080/1920x1200/ or higher I wouldn't bother with upgrading.|||the 280 is a fine card but ok
470 would be a decent upgrade on nvidea
5850 performs slightly worse than the 470 from ati and the 5870 hd from ati performs about the same as the 480
two 5770s would perform between a 5850 and 5870 hd (so around about the performance of a 470 and two 5830s would perform even better
personally would say get a 5850 or 5870 it will have plenty of power and if you want you can add another later when you have saved up|||i pretty much agree with what Jack said exept for two 5770s in crossfire, that is a bad idea. One powerful card is always better than two smaller.
I recommend avoiding crossfire, it causes a lot of microstutter.
