What is a good video card that will run with a 300 watt power supply?

I would like to spend around $100 for a video card. I also need a pci express x16 card. The games I am trying to play are Call of Duty 4, X-Plane 9, and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.|||300 W isn't even enough to run a modern PC reliably. This is power consumption just for your vid card. Your other PC components can take up anywhere from 100-200w depending on processor, how many hard drives, etc.
