Is the diablotek radeon 7500 PCI a good video card for a computer with only PCI slots?

please help|||It works, but dont expect miracle performance.|||Be careful -- the diablotek PCI connector has only 1 notch at just over 4-inches from the metal bracket (meaning it needs 5V power from PCI bus). If your PCI slot is 3.3V PCI (has obstruction about 2-inches from the bracket), it will not accept the diablotek 5V card.
