Will the GTX 560 li be able to run my PC games ( Grand Theft Auto IV, Sims 3 and Sim City Societies ) on high to very high graphic settings? Also, if you know, would it be cheaper to buy such a card online rather than a computer products store?

The 560 is a great card with lots of power, and yes will play on high settings. It's a double thick card so make sure you have enough room on your mobo. Also, do you have at least 550w power supply? I just looked at Newegg and it is about $260 there. I have bought from newegg for over 6 years and I won't buy anywhere else, they are that good.|||yup that's one powerful card
for me its better to buy from a store as its easier to claim warranties, etc.
