What's a good video card that can support a 280w pc ?

Have fun|||280 watts running a hole system, i'd say about 8mb of card. I have a 4GB Graphics card my hole system pulls around 980watts, 1400watts at Full. 2.5kw Power supply|||280w is actually to low to add a video card, they usually need a 450w power supply.
