Is this a good PSU and Video Card?

I'm getting ready for a new game to begin, and I have been looking for a new PSU(Power-supply-unit) and video card.

Right now..I decided between these two...

Now, are these a good choice?

Is there any opinions if there is a better video card or PSU, in that price range....|||Good choices. Graphics card is a fast mainstream card but not future-proof since it is just a DX10 card. Spending a few dollars more can get you a DX11 card of comparable performance (or better in a DX11 environment).
