Is nvidia GeForce 9400 GT 1GB DDR2 a good video card?

Is nvidia GeForce 9400 GT 1GB DDR2 a good video card?|||good for HD movies. alright for gaming. mine can play cod4 at 30 fps on highest settings without AA on.|||Okay lets keep things simple. It's an alright card and it will play games. Maybe not at the highest settings but it'll do alright. You can get the card at 1GB if you want, but basically what the 1GB means is that it will perform well on huge monitors. If you dont have too big of a monitor get one lower then 1GB. If your monitor is like 1920x1080 then get that one. If you just want that one because it's 1GB go for it.|||its a very good vga your windows graphics may 4.3 and gaming graphics will get around 6.0

it not good for gaming you can play games like cod4 burnout paradise in high settings but you wont be able to play games like nfs shift crysis etc...

i suggest you go for 512mb one because it is more than enough for regular Resolution you8 wont be needing to buy a extra power supply too so you will be saving a lot of money|||Good for regular use, bad for gaming.

The GeForce 9500GT is bottom-of-the-barrel for demanding games, and the 9400GT is half the speed. Go for a GeForce 9600GT or Radeon 4670 as your minimum.|||It's not by any means a gaming card. It's meant for the HTPC / casual gaming crowd who only needs it for basic things like playing videos at high def, and casual games like Sims etc.

If you're into competitive first person shooters / driving games etc. you should invest in a 9600 GT instead.|||bad for gaming / CUDA applications. Good for everything else|||Very!|||hell no|||yes i have 9200 512 mb series and its great|||the best
