Good video card for my computer?

whats a good video card for my computer?

one that is between 70-150 dollars canadian, i play call of duty 2 and world of warcraft and i need one that can support massive landscapes and fast action shooting and stuff like that.

also how do i tell what will fit my computer? i have the specs on my motherboard, will that tell me?
