Good video card for gaming?

Ok, I have windows 7 home premuim, I need a new video card, because I get 50 fps in css, with the lowest graphics, I need a cheap, but good video card, my range for money is, 50-70 dollars

5570 would be your best best. it only draws 39 watts so it really doesn't matter what power supply you have, it will work. It's also the best for under $70 as well. It will max out CSS for sure.
