Is this a good video card for gaming.(not a hardcore gamer)?

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100; 64MB - 251MB dynamically allocated video memory (shared)

with 2GB of Memory|||Its decent - 2 gig ram helps.. and 250mb of shared video memory is good.

Its not the best card but it should do the job of a non-hardcore gamer. Make sure those video drivers are up to date|||Shared memory graphics are never good for gaming. Hardcore? Definitely not. It depends on what kind of gaming you mean that isn't "hardcore". You could probably run most games that are more than 5 years old with not too much problem. I wouldn't expect too much from it - sorry.

Whatever memory you set aside for graphics, as you know, will take away from your system memory. So this will slow overall performance quite a bit the more you take.
