Recommendations for a good video card?

I was wondering what would be a good video card for me to pick up with a budget of 200 and willing to add a few bucks more. Leaning towards the ATI 4850 but any other recommendations?|||You can get an EVGA GeForce GTX 260 for $219 or an EVGA GeForce 9800GTX+ for $175 (after rebate) at Newegg. But if you're leaning toward the ATI card, that's fine, too. The NVIDIA cards are a bit faster, according to some benchmarks, though. AMD is getting hammered by Intel and NVIDIA lately.|||We need computer specs >< i recommend the newest video cards. Also what purpose is it for? Dual monitors? Gaming? Presentation, Editing ect. Also make sure u kno if u have the right amount of ram, power supply, and cpu to balance the card.
