Can it run the game developer "Valve" games like CounterStrike, Gmod, tf2, Left 4 Dead, Half life 2 and any other games?
Thanks|||No, it's not a very good card. It was aimed at media PCs a few years back, and will run Valve titles, but not as you wish. I'd offer ten or fifteen tops, and more as a spare, which it's fine for. $50 buys you a new HD4650 and a dinner, after rebate, so just wait on shipping.
