Does Nvidia GeForce 4 MX is a good video card for game or not?

I installed this video card 1 year ago and some games doesn't run on it because they aren't supported by my video card.|||Geforce4 MX cards do not support Pixel Shader 2.0, and therefore are basically DirectX 7.0 compatible cards. Considering most games are DirectX 9, and DirectX 10 (in the case of Windows Vista) there are not a lot of 3D games that you can run anymore with a Geforce4 MX. If you're looking for recent games, then it's time to update to a more recent card. If not, then try and find games that are Direct X 7.0, and do not have 'pixel shader 2.0' as a requirement to play the game.

Good luck to you.|||That is a pretty outdated card and it's not great for the more current games. I would suggest doing a little research and getting a new card if you want to play newer games. I'm guessing your motherboard is an AGP slot so make sure you look for those type of cards. PCI Express is definately the way to go these days though.|||This specific card is a few generations back as far as GeForce cards go. Unfortunately, you won't have much lock with any recent games. I think it's time for a graphics card update if you can afford it.|||Short answer is NO WAY. Unless you plan to play games that are over 5 years old that is :) I don't think any recent games even support that card.
