Would this be a good video card for World of Warcraft?

i was thinking of buying this video card to play WoW, but need a little more in depth tech advice,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…

these are my current system specs:

Motherboard- ECS GF8200a black series gamer edition

Power Supply- Extreme ATX 450w

Processor- AMD Athalon 64 dual core 2.2ghz

Memory- Kingston 1gb ddr2

HDD- SATA seagate barracuda 250gb 7200 rpm

Sound- Soundblaster live Audigy HD

onboard video 512 mb geforce 8200 (dont like poorer fps than my ati radeon x300 128mb

i need a new video card really bad and was wanting some tech input as to what to look for for performance, i know some basics, but i really need to fix this really bad stuttering problem i have in world of warcraft and im wondering if its the graphics card and the onboard that ive tryed that were just crap. maybe a new higher performace card will fix it?

i have a budget of 60 dollars so if you have any suggesstions please tell.

THANKS!!!!|||Your problem is not the graphics card. The MINIMUM RAM requirement for World of Warcraft is 1GB.

I would advise adding a second stick of RAM (or two new ones) before changing anything else. You'll see a much bigger performance increase for less cash.
