It has to be under 90 dollars. So any help?|||For the type of computer (stock) I would recommend an Nvidia 7600GS, usually there isn't very good cooling solutions on stock PC's (you get like 2 or 3 90mm fans.)
This will work well with pretty much all of the older PC games and is perfect for standard stuff (e-mail, web browsing .etc)
