Would this be a good video card/PSU combo?

Hey everyone. I'm going to be upgrading my fairly new computer soon to make it into a gaming computer :D. Right now it's sitting with an Intel Core i5 @ 2.67, 6GB of DDR3 RAM, ATI Radeon HD 5450, and a 300w PSU. Here are the PSU and video card that hopefully will be replacing it :)

Leme know what you think xD|||YES and with plenty of power to spare. GTS 450 is just a 106 watt card. Core i5 draws less than 100W. The rest of your PC will consume less than 100W. I bet your set up will never hit 300W on wall socket.

Check some typical system power consumtion here;
