Whats a very good/awesome video card that is around the 100 to 150 dollar budget and is very good in gaming?

I was thinking the ATI radeon 4830, anyone else think this is a good video card? and what I should buy?|||I got my 512mb EVGA Double slot 9600 GT for $70 from Newegg a couple of months ago. My computer only scores 11243 with 3dMark06 though. I mean, I can play any of these new games on the market, just not at the max settings.



If you want a great card though, for a great price... grab a 9600gt.|||it's good, but you can also get the ati 4650 or 4670.. they're excellent, especially in the half-life gaming engine (counterstrike), i get about 60 fps on that! terrific cards. i got mine for 90 bucks, it's a sapphire ati 4650 512 mb, for about 150 you can find something like that, if not better. for 200 you can find the 4870 512 mb; go on newegg. all ati's 4600- and 4800-series are excellent.|||what type do u need AGP or PCI-e



if PCI-e look below, for $100 you can get the HD3870|||Try something like a 9500GT for not highly demanding games, if the game is extremely demanding like "Crysis" then i suggest getting a card like an 8800GTX, now they're pretty cheap while they last. ATi video cards are more for watching movies, while nVidia cards are better for gaming. But the final decison is yours. Good Luck
