What is a good video card for gaming?

i have a 250W PSU and i need to know of a good video card that my computer can handle with that PSU. please send me link. and i am willing to spend a lot on this card if it is needed.|||Well with that small of Power Supply we are compelled to ask, what model of computer do you have...
