If your not buying more then one card sli wont work anyways. also windows xp is a much better os and it wont work with sli. Radion has crossfire which is compatible with xp. I don't think that card will be a problem because it isn't powerful, but it is better safe than sorry.
Sorry I looked for the power useage of the card but couldn't find it.
